Pallet Pickup
Roy’s Woodshop helps our environment through pallet collection and recycling. We offer pallet pickup to our customers and friends using flat deck trucks or flat deck trailers for those places with over 100 pallets. We also offer designated areas for pallets and wood waste drop off as a convenience for our valued friends and customers.
If you require any pick-up services, or have any question about our program, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you out with your wood waste.

Pallet Design and Construction
Roy’s Woodshop works tirelessly with our customers to offer them exactly what they want in a pallet or crate design. We don’t consider ourselves to be a one-dimensional company. We can design and construct any wood product for your shipping or packaging needs. We offer different crates and wood packaging kits. We will help you come up with a specific design that perfect for your business.
Roy’s Woodshop uses state-of-the-art technology, to determine the load rating. With product securement and safety in mind we build exactly what YOU want and what YOU need to make your business a success in product handling and shipping.

Custom Cutting
Quality and service is our number one goal at Roy’s Woodshop. When it comes to customer service, we do everything possible to meet our client’s every need. We offer custom cut packages for every shipping solution. From economy and all the way to premium studs, we have you covered. We also carry a large line of rough-cut lumber and a large selection of plywood, particleboard and OSB.
Pallet Recycling
At Roy’s Woodshop we are proud of our environmental stewardship and our commitment to the communities we work in and around. We minimize all wood waste through our different recycling techniques.
We use the best methods in the industry to repair, recycle, refurbish and re-use wooden pallets and other forms of wood waste. This process is not an easy task and it is labour-intensive because there are many different shapes and sizes of pallets. Throughout our years of recycling, we have developed many different repair and recycling methods that give us an advantage within the industry. We recover almost 100% of the wood products we deliver.
Our intentions, when we receive pallets from southern Alberta for recycling is to refurbish them for re-use in the marketplace. If this is not possible we re-use as many of their components as possible to build other products.
Roy’s Woodshop works extensively with landfills in the southern Alberta region to ensure that all pallets, wood or plastic, as well as other wood waste is collected and does not fill up our landfills.
